Getting our pets ready for vacation...and other cute things

The pets are getting ready for vacation too. Only they aren't going to Michigan. Sugar Plum, the guinea pig, is going to the Stokes' house for the week. While Jeff cleaned his cage out, etc, Sugar Plum had some fun...well, fun for the kids anyhow.

The usual routine is to hand feed him carrots.






Then Sugar Plum got a little play time in the doll house....

Someone else had a little fun in the sombrero...notice the underwear, backwards. That's on purpose. He prefers to be able to see the Iron Man that belongs on his behind.

Casper was groomed yesterday, and he looks so cute. He was a rather large cotton ball before. He's making the first leg of our trip with us, and will stay with the Benny's in Arkansas.

While we were playing upstairs in the playroom, I snapped this picture of Catherine. What a beauty she is becoming.
