Road Trip-Part Four-Beach Day on Lake Superior

One of the days spent on the U.P. were spent on Lake Superior, at the mouth of the Huron River. This mostly untouched area is the most peaceful stretch of of beach. It was so clean and private.

We had brought lots of sand toys to build sand castles, something Mary Claire and I enjoyed!

Catherine begged Jeff to bury her.

Gregory really loved building a moutain. At the end of the day, he said this was his favorite part.

Mary Claire liked digging this deep hole. She said it was her favorite part.

Amelia just loved running wild and free!

Still building.

Jeff's dad and stepmom drove us down to the beach. Glenda enjoyed the sun for a while with us.
